financial table's label of time

Hi, everyone,
I got a question about the label of time in a financial table. Now my current default label of time is 1 to 18. 1. I want to change them into 2000 to 2017. How can I do that? Do I have to change the model setting in vensim? If so, how can I change the time in vensim model? I used look-up functions, so my time is based on the default TIME variable. 2. I want to change them into some text, for example Oct 2009, Nov 2009, ..., Mar 2011. How can I do this? Thank you very much. Muyuan |

Hi Muyuan,
In order to make the Financial table time column show 2000 to 2017 you will have to change your Vensim model so that the start time is 2000 and the end time is 2017. To do that go to the Model Menu then click settings, then select the Time Bounds tab and set INITIAL TIME to 2000 and FINAL TIME to 2017. This will break your loopup tables though if they are based on your current Time variable. For #2 there is no time format which prints out the months. Thanks, Billy |
