Guest Admin Access to Account

Is it possible to create guest administrative access to an account? I would like to give clients the ability to upload/update user access (to a simulation to which they have a subscription) by importing an Excel file. At present the account owner is the only one who can do that.
Thank you, Bill Braun |

Not with Simulate Basic. With Simulate Premium and above you can designate a folder as having permission which allows subscribed users to upload files.
Edit: my apologies - I misread your post. See Giri's response below. |

You can designate one of the users as a Facilitator who has the capability to assign users to a group of a simulation.
Assuming you want all these users to be grouped(lets call it Fall2010), here are the steps that you can follow on -- Goto User Access -- Click on the Create Group and create Fall2010 group -- You should now be in the Fall2010 group, add your user using the search capability/excel import -- After you have added the user you should be able to see link "Edit" under the "Facilitator?" column -- Click "Edit" and make this user a facilitator, and now this user will see "User Access" tab when logged in and will only see the group he is assigned to & He can also upload users to this group This feature is available for Simulate Basic and above only. |

Hello Giri,
Does each Excel file upload completely overwrite the User Access accounts already there? (Assume the sample spreadsheet for User Accounts provided by Forio is being used.) For example: First Upload, four records in spreadsheet. Bill Will Billy Giri Second Upload, three records in spreadsheet. Will Billy Giri Is Bill deleted? Third Upload, two records in spreadsheet. Michael Billy Are Will and Giri deleted, and is Michael added? Many thanks, Bill |

Hello Bill,
No each subsequent upload is cumulative. If there are any duplicate users it warns you, and then does not add them again. To remove users you need to use the user access pages themselves, not the excel upload piece. Billy |
