HTML5 simulations

?path=brian1&height=32 Brian Hall 2 posts I have just registered and have not used Forio yet so please excuse my naivety.  I am interested in embedding simulations originally developed in iThink within my website.  I understand I can use Forio to create dynamic Flash simulations.  The process seems very simple.  But my preference is HTML5.

I understand that there is an API to create HTML5 simulations.  My questions are these: 1. will this require a Premium account rather than a basic one and 2. is the process as simple as with Flash (for example does it provide something like a 'save as HTML5' option) or does it require technical knowledge.

1. Yes, to build HTML5 simulations, you will need a premium account which will give you SFTP access to upload your html and assets.

2. There is currently no simple way to 'save as HTML',  you will need some technical knowledge to build a user interface and use javascript to access our REST APIs to set decisions, step the model etc.

Let me know if you have any more questions,
Thanks,
Tod

Thanks for coming back to me so quickly.  I guess I need to do some further research and give some thought to the best strategic solution (probably the Basic solution, while I find my feet initially).

Regards, Brian
