Simulation Run Count
|
|
Hello. Every non facilitator user tried to login, the login component says
"You have reached the limit for the number of times you are allowed to run this simulation. If you wish to continue running the simulation, please contact your facilitator and ask them to clear your run count." How to reset the run count for user ? I have set the run limit to 99 but It does not work. Thank you. This is my simulation http://forio.com/simulate/armand.moeis/supply-demand/run/#p=page1 |

Hi Armand,
I tested this and the sim worked fine for me. Specifically, I logged in as each of your 4 players, with 4 different types of browsers, clicked "ready to step" and then the sim advanced. (You can't use different windows of the same browser -- i.e. two windows of IE-- as they share the same session. You have to use different computers or 4 different types of browsers). With regards to your first error, I did not see the "limit" error message. I've seen this in the past when the teams are set up wrong. (Not sure exactly why this happens-- we'll need to dig into this). Be sure to have each player be set to the correct team and role. With regards to the second issue, the team isn't currently set as a facilitator, so I didn't test it. But facilitators shouldn't be viewing the same screen as the teams. Instead you want to create a special facilitator screen that lets them monitor the progress of the various teams. WILL |

I'm very sorry. Last night I fix the error by adding a team on each role and test my solution but did not have time to report It in forum. Thank you for your attention. |
