I want to use drawable line chart to input decision variable. However when I drag a drawable line chart into my interface, it said that "Your model has no Lookup Tables. In order to use a Drawable Line Chart component you need to have lookup graphs." I believe that variable is a lookup variable with TIME in my vensim model. The variable is auxiliary and with look up. What should I do?

P.S The model I was working on is under another account. If you need the account info, let me know.

Thank you

Vensim does not allow us to set the lookup table in variables which are auxiliary with lookup - in order to have control over the lookup you will have to break that table out into a separate variable with type lookup and change the type of the original variable back to plain old auxiliary.  For the moment let us call this new variable Sample Table, and the original variable Sample Variable.  What you can do is draw an arrow from Sample Table to Sample Variable.  In the equation for Sample Variable you can write Sample Table(TIME) and Vensim will draw in shadow variable for time.  This will do the exact same thing as auxiliary with lookup but will allow you to change the lookup in Forio Simulate.

Please let me know if you have any more questions,

Billy
