Forum: Support – Topic: Copying and Multiplayer Hello Will,I have got as far as checking the Multiplayer under Features of the Settings. However, I am still unable to specify roles and everytime, I click edit and assign a number it will take me to the same page with no roles being assigned. Do I have to specify roles in the model? If so, how is that done? And if I have three players do they have to be in the same group? Or do they have to be in separate groups? |

Forum: Support – Topic: Copying and Multiplayer HiI have to questions that I need your help with. First, I am trying to copy a model that I created to experiment on it, but I could not. Is there a way I could copy a model I created. The other problem that I ran into is that when I imported a few users to the multiplayer panel, I could not assign teams and there was nothing on the drop menu! So my question is: do I have to create teams and roles before I create the model? If not, why is it always not assigning anything to the teams? I have used integers for the teams, but no avail! please help |

Forum: Support – Topic: Explore Model Tab Availability Hi Giri and Michael,Thanks for fixing the model access so that I can see all my Sims. Michael worked through other problems with me by phone. It seems that I still have the issue with the Explore Tab on my laptop. I don't have the same problem on my desktop or another computer. I'll try to double check when/how the error seems to come up. I saw that going through a Explore Model Tab within the Urban Sim model worked on my laptop, but I couldn't go to the Explore Model Tab on the Forio dashboard for the same model. I'll post more information after I check it on a couple of other computers and confirm that my laptop is the ony machine that seems to have the problem. Suzanne |

Forum: Support – Topic: Explore Model Tab Availability Hi Michael,I can't see that link - this is the message I see when I click through to the page: "Page Not Found The page you requested cannot be found. The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable." The models I was working on are also not visible in my account.
