The Root Beer Game Supply Chain Simulation is one of a series of simulations Forio has developed in partnership with Harvard Business School Publishing.
Students play the role of the management team at one of three wine producers. Each player evalutates the other companies can attempt to merge or become a potential acquisition target.:
Users play determine their reservation prices, calculate the value of target companies and negotiate deal terms before deciding to reject or accept final offers.
The simulation provides various valuation methods including WACC based Discount Cash Flow, APV (Admusted Present Value), and Multiples.
