Interface Designer Overview
Forio Simulate provides an intuitive interface for creating Web-based simulations using only your Internet browser. In addition, you can upload an existing model from any Forio supported platform, create an HTML or Flash user-interface, and run your simulation online. From Simulate, you can analyze and edit your model using either the Forio, text-based modeling language, or the drag-and-drop application interface. When you are satisfied with your model, you can publish the changes to the Web.The Interface Designer is divided into three sections, consisting of a components panel, a canvas, and a page selection menu. The components panel is the place from where you find interface components such as buttons, charts, and other objects. The canvas is where the interface is created. The page selection bar displays all of the pages in your sim.
Note that the Interface screen is not visible until a model has been created for your sim.
