Retrieving Your Password
To retrieve a forgotten password, select Forgot Password on the Forio Login page. You will be prompted for the email address used to register your Forio account. An email containing a link to reset your password will be sent to your email address within a few minutes.If you do not receive your email in 5 minutes, check your “Bulk” or “Spam” mail folder. Sometimes mail from the simulation registration is incorrectly classified as spam mail.
Changing Your Password
To change your password, sign into your account using your email address and current password; then, roll the mouse pointer over your name located at the top of the screen to make a drop-down menu appear and choose the Your account settings option. In the Account Settings screen, click on the Change Password tab, and then click on the Click here link. The next window will ask you to enter a new password in the New Password text box. You will need to confirm the new password by reentering it in the Confirm Password text box. Click the Change Password button to finish.
