The Big Picture Integrated Marketing Strategy Simulation

Frequently Asked Questions About Your Account

I don't know my user name. Where can I find it?

Answer: Did you sign up for an account? Your instructor should have given you a URL that you can use to register for a Big Picture account. If you completed the registration process, you should have received an emailed confirmation verifying your user name, password, and (if appropriate) payment information.

I can't remember my password.

Answer: You may retrieve your password by clicking the link request the password to be emailed on the login page.

I signed up for an account, but never received an email confirming my account information.

Answer: Check your "bulk mail" or "spam" folder for an email with your simulation subscription information. Sometimes this email will be mistakenly classified as spam.

When I signed up, I was prompted twice for my credit card. Will I be charged twice?

Answer: If you entered incorrect billing information (e.g. a different address than the one on your credit card statement), you will be prompted again for the credit card information. You have only been charged when you receive an emailed confirmation of your subscription and payment information.

I entered my username and password (as shown on the confirmation email) but still can't log in.

Answer: Is your user name spelled properly? Does your password have capital letters in it? You must type your user name and password in exactly as shown in the subscription confirmation email. Almost always problems signing in are due to a different spelling of the user name or capital letters in the password not typed properly.

I've switched sections, how do I get re-assigned to the right instructor?

Answer: Contact your instructor with a request to have your account moved to the right section. They may need to contact the simulation administrator.
