Project Description

Big Picture Partners & Forio teamed up to create a flexible yet powerful way for marketers to visualize the strategic choices available to their brand.

In the simulation, users initially work through a wizard that assists them in setting up their market categories. For example, users are prompted to enter details about key areas such as:

  • Business Details
  • Competition
  • Customer Benefits
  • Benefit Importance
  • Market Share

Once a market category is set up, the simulation illustrates what might happen when marketers reposition their brands. The simulation outcomes focus on category and value proposition, including customer perception and importance ratings for the primary customer needs.

We use software tools to elucidate how to use the methodology to solve real business problems. The Big Picture Partners
