Simulation Overview

This simulation teaches you to recognize resistance and learn ways to engage resistors. You can spot challenging behaviors and adopt techniques to lead individuals through stress and overload.

The Story

To complete the simulation, you will take on the role of a mid-level leader responsible for leading your function through a large-scale change. In this role you will be presented with opportunities to make the best practice leadership decisions based on your own experience. This process of thinking deeply about each scenario is a key part of the learning process.

The Leading People Through Change business simulation takes place over several simulated months. In the simulation storyline you will weave through the scenarios and make decisions that will directly impact the outcome of the simulation. Each decision will trigger additional options…or consequences!

A bar along the bottom of the screen will show your progress so you can manage your time as you complete the simulation.
