Authentication Error: Public

Hi all,

My web app, created with the interface builder, does not allow anyone else to simulate the dashboard. Why? It is public. It also does not work regardless of if they are registered on Forio or not.

Thanks for the message. Our team has investigated this issue. There’s a permission issue for Run Comparison sims when run as a “public” sim. it should work fine as an authenticated sim. The reason this worked for you (but not other users) is that when you are logged into Forio Epicenter in another tab/window it “borrows” your user information and does the runs as that user.

We are in the process of fixing the Run Comparison for public sims. We will update this post once that’s corrected.
