Can't upload a Powersim model

I am starting to work on a new project. I create a new project and then go to load a model. I have tried dragging
the model and also using the upload option but in both cases I get an error on fail to load.

Hi Jake,

What browser version are you using?
(Example: Google Chrome v61 on Windows 10)

What is the file size of your Powersim model?

Can you directly send us your Powersim model to support@forio.com?

Hi Geromel,
I am using Chrome Version 61.0.3163.100
I have done this before without any problems so not sure what changed.
I tried several different models to see if any would work. I will send you one
that worked before that I tried.

Hi Jake,

We are working on a fix to allow files larger than 1MB to upload to the Model directory.

For a temporary workaround, you can sftp your file to Epicenter.

You can find the File Transfer information at bottom right of your project page (which provides the Hostname, Port and Path).

Please note that Epicenter currently supports Powersim Studio 10 Premium or above (with password disabled).

Powersim Studio Express (Free Version), Powersim Studio Academic and older versions of Powersim Studio Premium are not supported.
