Change account email

Hi,
I need to change the email associated to my account. The current one will soon be disabled.

Hi,

Thanks for reaching out! In order to switch to a new email address, please do the following:

  1. Log in to your current Epicenter account with the existing email address.
  2. Download the Project Files for all projects you’ve created.
  3. Log out of Epicenter and use the “Sign Up” button to create a new account with the new email address.
  4. In the new account, create the projects and upload the files you downloaded earlier.
  5. Configure the projects as they were under your original account.

Please let us know if you have any issues with creating the new account and copying over your projects.
