Editing problem

When I save changes in Interface I get following message:

There is a problem with your session.

Please sign out from Epicenter and try again.

If you still have difficulties, you may email support@forio.com for further assistance

I’ve tried restarting my laptop, tried different browsers and checked that we are not working on the application simultaneuously.

Could you please assist me?

Hi -

This might be related to the size of the file. What’s the name of the file? I was able to edit and save files when testing this AM.

A workaround is to use an SFTP program like WinSCP or cyberduck. Be sure to use port 9043 and log in with your Epicenter team name and password.

But do let us know the file you are having problems with and we will investigate.

I forgot to list the specific page file:

https://forio.com/epicenter/synmind/circular-dynamics-beton/static/blob/pages/bindmiddelen_grondstoffen_02~custom-template.html

The reason for editing was that the grapgs in this file don’t show up. It is a large file indeed because of all the tabs.
