Facilitator dashboard showing strange reports

In our Thriving in Year One simulation, we are seeing some strange results in the facilitator dashboard. Here are a few things we’re seeing:

  • Some users are listed as having completed rounds 2 and 3, but not having started round 1. The rounds are gated, so they must complete round 1 before starting rounds 2 and 3

  • Some users are listed as “Not started” for round 1, but the LTI grade passback reports that they’ve completed round 1

Generally, it seems that the student progress within the facilitator dashboard is showing bad data.
