Forio Epicenter stop working

Hello,
Just 1-2 minute ago did you have a problem with the Epicenter? Because I was running an experiment and everything got blocked, I couldn’t even reach to the Support or API data. Or it was something with my code?

And all the subjects have this error on their screen, some of them multiple times.
