Interface Builder keeps loading

I’m just facing a problem of Interface Builder. When I want to use the Interface Builder or view the project with its URL, it keeps loading for a very long time. We have checked our model and even used a very simple model to test, but nothing changed. And of course, it not a problem of network.
Does anyone know how to fix the problem? Thank you very much!

Hi Zhen,

We do not see any model file in your Epicenter project (IC)3 game under your account: /epicenter/zhenfang/

Can you please provide the URL address of the Epicenter project you are referring to?

Oh, we use another account for the project. The URL is: forio.com/app/jalali/cybersecurity. Could you help me to check the problem? Thank you!

Hi Zhen,

The model that was being referenced in the file didn’t exist. It was a long name with spaces and parentheses. We recommend that model and file names have no spaces or punctuation. (in many cases the model will not load properly if it has punctuation, though in this case the file was actually missing).

I took the liberty of editing index.html to use your actual model name SimpleModelTest.vmf and was then able to run and step the simulation.
