iOS rendering with GET DIRECT DATA

Hi! Following advice on this forum, I’ve been able to read Excel data into Vensim using GET DIRECT DATA, then using Epicenter Interface Builder make a Chart Container / Line Chart that represents both the Excel data and a comparable model variable. Interface Builder even suggests what the screens would look like on phone or tablet. So far so good!

But… when I actually try to see the site from an iOS device (iPhone 18.6.2 or iPad 18.7), it does not render completely. I see the model traces but NOT the Excel data.

Thanks Rob for the note.

When I test on my side (with iPhone) I see when it first loads there’s an error, then refreshing the page (pulling the browser all the way down so it reloads) causes it to display properly. Is that what you see?

Hi Will,
When I run preview phone simulation from laptop, the line chart shows BOTH the Excel data and the model variable. When I actually run the simulation from iPhone, the line chart shows only the model variable, NOT Excel data. Is this what you see too?
