Move or copy runs from one account to another

Hi, I accidentally created duplicates of the same login info for two different user groups. My concern is that the two groups will disrupt each other’s work by inadvertently deleting runs, changing the settings, etc. So, I want to create a whole new group for one of them, but I also don’t want to lose the runs that have already been saved: Is there a way to move or copy them into the new account?

I am using Forio Epicenter.

Hi Kalila,

Based on our phone conversation, we recommend waiting for a response from the participants to see if they are currently using their existing login credentials or not.
