Not Allowing Me to Purchase Simulation

My class is doing the wildfire simulation and upon trying to sign up I confirmed my email address by clicking the link and following the instructions. It is not allowing me to even type in my credit card information. I am not sure what to do for this because I need it fixed ASAP because it is for a class. Please let me know what to do, Thank You!

  • Apple Safari v12 (MAC)
  • Microsoft Edge v42 (WIN)

If you are able to make a simulation purchase on another browser, then the previous browser may have a browser extension that’s blocking our site payment; otherwise, try another computer (where your current computer may have a firewall or anti-virus blocking our site payment).
