Powersim Model not being found

I have started a new model and uploaded a Powersim model. When I go to the interface
builder it gives an error that the model cannot be found. I then tried uploading the file
through FTP and still get the same error. I see that the model is there but for some reason
the interface builder is not finding it.

Best regards,

Jake Jacobson

Hi Jake,
To help further investigate, can you please let us know the project name that have the Powersim model issue?
Thanks.

Hi Jake–

Apologies for the late reply. We’ve investigated, and it turns out the interface builder has problems with ranges that are undefined (there’s one in the model) and enumerated ranges that are dynamic. (there’s four in the model). This is causing problems with the pages loading properly. We’ve filed a ticket with our developers and are investigating further.

Was this ever resolved? I am getting the same error as Jake experienced with my PowerSim model. Please help!

Hi Benjamin – I sent you an email. We’ve fixed this for your project.

Hi Will,

Really appreciate the quick response for my request. That error has now gone - thanks again.

All the best,

Ben

Hi – I wanted to follow up on this message from a few weeks ago that we identified the bug in the Forio site and fixed it. Now when you upload a Powersim model it changes the setting for the file system automatically so that it will correctly simulate. Let us know in a new thread if you have any further questions or problems!
