Run comparison result not displaying

I have encountered a problem that when I build a run comparison project, as I simulate it, the dashboard doesn’t show other result when I change my decision.

Hi Will, I have come across something similar - I go to my dashboard having done a couple of runs. The graphs ‘flash’ the correct data for a very short period of time before disappearing. URL is https://forio.com/app/ted-sims/giss/

Hi Nicholas,

I took a look at your sim, and didn’t have any problems.

I logged in, made a few runs, they showed. I closed all browsers, reopened, logged in again, could still see the issue. Can you give more specifics as to what you are clicking and when you see the issue?

Is the problem occurring when you are logged in to Epicenter as an author, or when you are logged in (i.e. in incognito window) as a regular end user.

Hi Will,
After messaging here, I spent some time looking at it. It seems that if the X-axis on my charts are ‘time’ then that flashing on/off I mentioned is what happens. However if I leave the x-axis category variable blank (default is time) then the graph displays. Does this perhaps suggests that there is an issue in my spreadsheet with the way that time is stored?

Your spreadsheet looks fine. Remember this is case sensitive and should be “Time”. (I think it’s a typo in your message above". Glad you found a work around. We will look into this.
