I’ve used the excel spreadsheet provided to create a list of users in import into a newly created group.
I receive the following message when trying to upload:
Password must have a combination of alpha and non-alpha-numeric characters.
The passwords I have used comply with this requirement - for example one of the passwords is:
Light423[
Any ideas how to fix this?
I worked this one out myself. There is a limit on the number of users that you can create, which is determined by your account - in my case 250. When this limit is reached the above error message occurs. If you delete old users, it works again.
That’s right. The error message is incorrect. We’re aware of this and have it on our list of things to fix.
