we made a little mistake, when we were setting up our profile. We were so excited to start our project, that we accidently named our user-id “01-02-2017_FirstProject”. Is there a way to change our user-id to andreas_größler? Because we are German, we would also be fine with andreas_groessler

We will look further into this today and see which is more reasonable to do, whether to rename your profile or create a new profile and how much impact it has to your current 2 projects.

Unfortunately, it didn’t work. There are two problems now.
The first is, that the project doesn’t appear on my Dashboard after logging in. If I want to go to the project, I have to follow the link you gave me above. As soon I go back to “Personal Home”, the project doesn’t appear there.
The second is, that because the existing project can’t be found after logging in, I am offered to create my “new” first project at my Dashboard. Furthermore, when I want to create my new first project, I will be forwarded to the old ID and it says:
“It looks like we cannot find page: /epicenter/01-02-2017_FirstProject
Please make sure the URL is correct.”
This it, how it looks like at the moment.
