Interface Builder asking for password in Facilitator Interface

Hi. I’m a new user creating a multiuser simulation on a paid account. I’ve been flushing out a prototype in the Interface Builder and got the basics working in the “User Interface” section. But when I open the “Facilitator Interface”, the system keeps asking me to log in and I’m unable to using my account (or a facilitator account). I went through the steps of this similar issue and I tried closing my browser, clearing cookies, and opening it in an alternative browser. Nothing works. Any thoughts on how to fix this? I assume these pages can be edited in the Interface Builder, but I couldn’t find any documentation on this and I’m not sure.

Example:

Hi Hayeste–

I sent you a private message suggesting a quick meeting with one of our engineers to take a look at the issue together and help sort this out.

Best, WILL

Hi Tim,

Our team has investigated and we were able to fix the issue. You should be able to view the facilitator pages now.

We noticed that the root page for the facilitator “facilitator.html” had the wrong content. It contained the login page instead of the facilitator page. It’s not clear to us how this happened, whether it was a glitch in the project creation or a file renaming that occurred. We’ve restored the correct content for facilitator.html and you can now view the facilitator pages.

Will,

Thanks for taking care of that!

I’m not sure what would have caused that either, but I don’t think it was something I did. The project was recently created and those pages never worked for me. I’ve only edited pages using the Interface Builder. And to the best of my knowledge, I’ve renamed nothing and the only manual content I copied up was the model.

Thanks again though. I’m working on other projects at the moment, but should resume work on that shortly.
