In this online simulation, you learn how to successfully complete a project initiative, while managing cost and time. As the project manager at Delphi Printers and Peripherals, you are tasked with managing a product design team to develop a new and innovative consumer printer. You define the project scope, schedule, and resources needed to complete the task. Can you deliver a printer that meets or exceeds management expectations, on time, and on budget?

Along the way, you can adjust how resources are allocated to ensure target objectives are met. Analyze information on team size, task completion, cost, team productivity, schedule, and team morale.
