With the semester coming to a close, Forio has been working with Scott Romeika, Director of Academic Affairs and Advising at the Undergraduate Division of the Wharton School, to evaluate this year’s use of the Wharton PennSTART simulation. This custom simulation, now in its second year, is part of a comprehensive training and support program provided by the Undergraduate Division.

Completed by incoming students over the summer before their first term at Wharton, the sim allows advisors to engage students and start supporting them before they arrive on campus. Students play through several rounds, each representing a few weeks of decisions and challenges typical to the first semester at Penn.
