The Story

As a senior project manager, participants are tasked with leading their team through the product development lifecycle while addressing input from stakeholders and their team. Learners must staff the project team, manage team processes and meetings, and execute a project plan. Then, the participants analyze information on team size, task completion, cost, team productivity, schedule, and team morale. Unanticipated events and challenges threaten the success of the project and force learners to consider possible tradeoffs among project resources in order to bring the new product to market on time, on budget, and ahead of the competition.
