MIT Project Management Simulation Overview

In this project management simulation game, learners play the role of project manager for a large, complex project. Players make decisions about the project schedule, staffing, concurrency of project phases, and how to handle late scope changes. Learners can manage a construction project, a new consumer electronic hardware product, and/or a new software system. The MIT Sloan Project Management Simulator can also be customized to represent other projects.

Can learners delight their customers with essential features while bringing their projects in on time, under budget, and with high quality?

This is a single-player project management simulation that can be played either in a workshop or asynchronously as an assigned activity.
